The Friday Workout is the hardest one of the week, but it is mean to make a person push to their limits. Active people will absolutely love this workout.Many people may wonder what the difference is between Insanity and the new Insanity Max 30. Is one meant to be harder to perform than the other? The second innovation in Insanity Max 30 is fixed max 30 workout available for people who want to follow a bit easier version of moves during the training. So, you will have option prior starting the DVD to check that you want to watch fixed modifier. Awesome thing really. But also, don’t get fooled to expect is going to be easy. It’s very intense and will get you great results!
Sweat Intervals – A 20-second on and 10-second off Tabata style workout allows for some recovery as the workout progresses and maxing out the muscles during the workout.
